Position
Maintenance Technician at Griner Gardens in Nashville, GA.
Duties- Repair apartment appliances, water heaters, electrical fixtures, bulbs, commodes, sinks, basic carpentry, and any general maintenance repairs that may arise.
- Perform preventive maintenance duties as needed.
- Complete work orders and documentation related to maintenance equipment operations.
- Maintain a commitment to exceptional customer service.
- HVAC certification and 3+ years of Maintenance Technician experience.
- Ability to move heavy equipment safely using proper equipment.
- Availability for emergency maintenance calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
- Normal work hours typically between 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Mon‑Fri, with occasional overtime.
Background screening and drug test required.
