We are seeking a high-caliber Commercial HVAC Superintendent to spearhead our largest mechanical construction projects from groundbreaking through commissioning. In this role, you will be the driving force on-site, orchestrating field labor, ensuring hyper-accurate installations, and maintaining our uncompromising safety standards. • Own the Field Execution: Run the daily field operations on major commercial HVAC projects, ensuring all ductwork, piping, and equipment installations are executed safely, on time, and to engineering specifications.

  Develop and manage 2-week and 3-week look-ahead schedules to ensure manpower, materials, and equipment arrivals align perfectly with the General Contractor's master timeline.
• Lead Field Crews & Subs: Supervise and coordinate daily tasks for foreman, journeymen, apprentices, and subcontractors (including sheet metal installers, pipe fitters, and controls technicians).
• Solve Technical Roadblocks: Review mechanical blueprints, identify design conflicts or routing issues early, and collaborate with the Project Manager to submit clear, actionable RFIs (Requests for Information).
• Manage Materials & Logistics: Oversee the receipt, storage, and staging of major equipment (such as chillers, rooftop units/RTUs, air handlers, and VRF systems) and coordinate crane lifts and critical rigging plans.
• Enforce Safety & Compliance: Conduct daily toolbox talks, enforce OSHA safety standards, and perform regular jobsite hazard analyses to maintain a zero-injury environment.
• Conduct Quality Control: Perform routine inspections of work in progress to eliminate rework, manage the project punch list, and lead the system testing, balancing, and commissioning phases.
• Be the Face on the Ground: Mobilize to out-of-town jobsites on a weekly basis—establishing a strong leadership presence from Monday kickoff to Friday wrap-up—and serve as our primary representative in critical coordination meetings with General Contractors, owners, and other MEP trades.

• 5+ years of experience as a Lead Foreman or Superintendent
• Deep technical understanding of commercial mechanical systems
• Expert ability to read and interpret mechanical blueprints, architectural drawings, structural plans, and submittals
• Comfortable utilizing modern construction management software (such as Procore, Plan Grid, or Bluebeam) on a tablet/iPad to track progress and view plans
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver measurable results
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
