• $500 after 90 days
• $1,000 after 6 months
• $1,000 after 12 months

• $1,000 after 2 years
• $2,000 after 3 years
• $3,000 after 5 years

• Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend the best solutions for customers
• Perform plumbing repairs, installations, maintenance, and emergency service calls
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience on every job
• Educate customers on repair and replacement options—without high‑pressure sales tactics
• Maintain communication with dispatch and office staff
• Complete job documentation accurately and on time
• Keep your company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and professional
• Participate in an on‑call rotation
• Represent 1-Tom-Plumber with professionalism and pride
• Support your teammates and help build a positive company culture

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills

• Plumbing experience is preferred, but we are willing to train motivated individuals with the right attitude
