Skilled Laborer/ Yard Tech

Pay rate: $18-$19/HR, PAID WEEKLY

Shift: 1st Monday - Friday, 7:30am-4:30pm

Dacula, GA

Seeking Skilled Laborer/ Yard Techs with any of the following skills: handyman, basic electrical, basic plumbing, basic framing, or carpentry skills to join a team with one of the world's largest modular building companies with over 250 locations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform refurbishment from top to bottom, including floors, wall framing, window cleaning.
• Remodeling modular buildings
• Stage units to our VAPS warehouse
• Perform yard organization.
• Assist with yard projects
• Inspect/replace framework
• Tile prep and installation
• Cleaning and upkeep of modular buildings
• Install structures and fixtures, such as windows.
• Maintain proper inventory levels of all equipment/tools/parts needed for service tasks.
• Maintain a safe work environment and practice safe work habits per company policies.
• Wear and use of personal protective equipment

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• The ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment is a must.
• Some knowledge of computers is necessary.
• Ability to lift 50lbs.
• Ability to work in NON-temp controlled environment
• Must be trainable, as cross-training in different aspects of role.
• Remodeling experience
• Background and drug testing
• Reliable and flexible to work overtime as needed
