Construction Material Testing Technicians
- Company Truck - $19/hr + Per Diem

Building & Earth is seeking Construction Material Testing Technicians who are willing to travel to long-term remote projects across the country. These technicians play a vital role in ensuring the quality and safety of construction projects by performing field testing, observations, and documentation. The ideal candidates are detail-oriented, adaptable to changing schedules, and eager to work on diverse and interesting projects such as windfarms and manufacturing plants.

• Pay rates starting at $19 an hour

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Minimum two years of experience
• ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician Level I Certification
• Portable Nuclear Gauge Safety Training Certification
• Understanding of Proctor Compaction Test and USCS Soil Classification
• Trained and demonstrated competency in One-Point Proctor testing in the field
• Valid driver’s license and clean MVR
• Ability to pass a background check
• Ability to move, lift, or carry up to 50 lbs without assistance
• Ability to climb ladders and scaffolding
• Ability to maneuver construction sites and excavations
• Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and flexible schedules
• Reliable transportation to and from the branch office at all hours
• Ability to be insured under company policies
