We are hiring Sulfur Operators to support sulfur offloading operations in a heavy industrial rail environment. This is hands‑on, physical, safety‑sensitive work performed outdoors. It is not warehouse or forklift work.
Because this position requires the use of a tight‑fitting respirator, candidates must be clean shaven and able to maintain a respirator seal in accordance with safety standards.
No prior sulfur or rail experience is required. We provide paid training and certifications for dependable, safety‑focused individuals who are ready to learn.
What You'll Do- Offload sulfur from railcars using approved industrial processes
- Follow strict safety, environmental, and FRA-regulated procedures
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions (heat, rain, cold)
- Climb railcars, work at heights, lift equipment, bend, and perform physically demanding tasks
- Monitor product flow and operational equipment during transfers
- Participate in daily job briefings and safety meetings
- Work as part of a team to maintain safe, efficient rail operations
- Full‑time, permanent position on a rotating 2‑Step Swing Shift:
- Week One:
Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday - Week Two:
Wednesday and Thursday - Rotation includes 4 weeks on days, then 4 weeks on nights
- $21/hour starting pay with weekly pay
