Handyman, Trades ​/ Skilled Labor, Building Maintenance

This is a full-time, on-site Handyman role based in Bethlehem, GA. The Handyman will perform day-to-day maintenance and repair tasks, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and general property upkeep. Responsibilities include inspecting properties, identifying repair needs, completing work orders, and responding to tenant service requests in a timely manner. The role also includes routine tasks such as minor appliance repairs, small-scale renovations, exterior maintenance, and ensuring that safety and cleanliness standards are met.

The Handyman will collaborate with property managers and other team members, maintain tools and equipment, and document completed work.

• Strong general maintenance skills, including basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting.
• Experience with property repairs, small renovations, and routine building upkeep.
• Ability to diagnose issues, prioritize work orders, and complete tasks with minimal supervision.
• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach when interacting with tenants and team members.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and commitment to safety and cleanliness.
• Ability to lift and carry materials, use hand and power tools safely, and work both indoors and outdoors.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to and between properties in Bethlehem, GA.
• Previous experience in maintenance, construction, or a similar role preferred; relevant certifications are a plus.
