Description
ResponsibilitiesLead and direct daily landscape enhancement and installation work
Ensure all safety procedures, PPE, and transportation regulations are followed
Communicate daily job expectations and maintain crew productivity
Train and coach team members on proper procedures and quality standards
Maintain jobsite cleanliness and complete daily walkthroughs
Ensure proper care and use of tools, equipment, trucks, and trailers
Complete time entry and work order documentation
Communicate jobsite issues with leadership and clients as needed
Requirements QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent
Valid Georgia Driver’s License
Experience driving a truck and trailer preferred
Crew leadership and accountability
Clear communication and ability to follow direction
Organization and time management
Safety awareness
Basic math and technology skills
