Benore Logistic Systems, Inc. is seeking a Diesel Technician - B to perform diagnostics, repairs, and preventative maintenance on our fleet to ensure peak performance and compliance with DOT regulations. This hands-on role provides the opportunity to enhance your technical skills through ongoing training while working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform Medium-Level Repairs – Conduct clutch replacements, suspension rebuilds, after-treatment maintenance, and other mid-level repairs.
- Comprehensive Diagnostics – Troubleshoot and repair engines, cooling systems, fuel systems, and electrical components.
- Ensure Regulatory Compliance – Conduct inspections and repairs in adherence to DOT and company safety standards.
- Streamline Maintenance Processes – Work closely with parts specialists and management to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Commit to Continuous Learning – Stay updated with industry advancements through OEM training and professional development opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education:
High School Diploma or GED required. - Experience:
1-3 years of experience as a diesel technician. - Technical
Skills:
Extensive knowledge of DOT rules and regulations for commercial vehicle maintenance. - Ability to efficiently complete repairs while maintaining quality, time, and cost guidelines.
- Strong diagnostic skills across multiple vehicle systems.
