Location: Springfield
Fairway Management (FWM) is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Ebenezer Crossing in Springfield, GA. You will perform unit turns, preventative maintenance, and general repairs to keep our affordable housing communities in top condition.
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of multifamily maintenance experience, strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and building systems, and works well in a team. Overtime and on-call availability may be required.
