You will perform maintenance on HVAC units, elevators, fire and sprinkler systems, generators, landscape, kitchen equipment, and emergency pull cords, while handling preventive work and timely resident requests.
Requires a high school diploma or GED and at least 3 years of relevant experience; HVAC certification is preferred and CPR certification is required.
