What You'll Do

Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production equipment and facility systems.
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on manufacturing equipment.
Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
Read and interpret equipment manuals, schematics, and work orders.
Repair or replace machine components and test equipment for proper operation.
Complete maintenance work orders using the MaintainX maintenance management system.
Perform basic plumbing, carpentry, and facility maintenance as needed.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
Respond to equipment breakdowns to minimize production downtime.

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED preferred.
1-2 years of manufacturing or industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Strong mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical troubleshooting skills.
Experience with PLC troubleshooting and HVAC systems is a plus.
Ability to safely use hand tools, power tools, testing equipment, and maintenance machinery.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Physical Requirements

Lift up to 50 pounds.
Stand and walk for extended periods.
Bend, kneel, climb ladders, and work in industrial environments.
Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment, noise, dust, and varying temperatures.
Ability to wear required PPE, including safety glasses, gloves, steel-toe boots, and other protective equipment.

Schedule

Full-Time | Monday-Friday
Overtime available based on business needs
