Experienced HVAC Technician

Overview

We are seeking an HVAC Service Technician for a customer-facing, residential with some light commercial service role. You’ll meet the customer in their home, complete the necessary repairs or maintenance, and discuss recommended solutions. You will succeed by providing a world-class experience and caring about the customer s needs.

• Deliver World-Class Service – Provide an amazing experience for our customers.
• Troubleshoot and Provide System Maintenance – Consult with clients regarding heating and air conditioning systems, understand their concerns, diagnose and fix issues correctly.
• Advise on System Upgrades, Improvements, and Service Plans – Help customers identify additional opportunities and needs related to home comfort and air quality, and offer expert recommendations for the best solution.

• Must be local to Northeast Georgia (Rabun, Habersham, Stephens, Banks counties)
• Experience in residential HVAC or as an apprentice
• Experience in Commercial Refrigeration is an added bonus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Ability to lift 60 lbs.
• Excellent communication skills with customers and the office team
• Professional appearance and personality
