• Hourly Pay: $20 - $25 per hour
• Commission on jobs completed

• 5-7 days paid time off during first year, 9-13 days in second year, 12-18 days in fourth year
• Retirement plan with matching contributions after 1 year

• 7:30 AM to between 3:00 and 5:00 PM
• Monday - Friday

• Fabricate and install window screens, porch screens, and other outdoor living products
• Use power tools to cut and install screen frame
• Roll screen mesh into frame using screen roller
• Complete most work outside

• We want each team member to enjoy their work and take pride in it

• Eager and able to learn
• Able to use hand tools, chop saw, drills, and power tools
• Read a tape measurer
• Comfortable working from an extension ladder 20' off the ground
• Attention to safety and detail
• Work well with other team members and customers
• Valid Driver's License
• Proof of citizenship or right to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check
  
  Ability to pass a drug test
