Duties:

• Perform preventive maintenance on production equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical equipment issues
• Replace parts and support equipment rebuilds
• Maintain equipment cleanliness and organization
• Monitor parts inventory and report restocking needs
• Support production teams to minimize downtime
• Follow safety procedures and PPE requirements
• Maintain accurate maintenance documentation

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• Mechanical or technical experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools and basic mechanical equipment
• Automotive, construction, maintenance, or hands‑on repair experience welcomed
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working at heights and wearing required PPE
• Strong organizational and troubleshooting skills
