Client Support Aide; PT Bacon CS CAG

Hourly Rate: $15.08

Assists with adult client one on one enrolled in a day program with daily life, social and academic skills and/or behavior management training. Observes and monitors client’s behavior and charts observations and incidents. Serves as role model and provides emotional support and feedback to client & their support system.

Will work Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 2 PM.

• Ability to observe and monitor program participants’ behavior
• Ability to redirect behavioral outbursts
• Ability to train program participants in routine daily living skills
• Ability to work flexible hours
• Ability to participate in supportive guidance
• Must be proficient with computers

• High school diploma or equivalent, and six months social services experience
• Valid driver’s license with 6 points or fewer
• Must be at least 21 years of age with three years driving experience (per policy) to provide transportation
• Experience with developmentally delayed population preferred
