Main activities of the department:

• Affirm the role of the departmental council as a leader in social action
• Ensure the implementation of the departmental solidarity policy with users and residents
• Ensure local relations with partners
• Lead the social project of the territory and promote local social development

Full-time positions open to permanent and/or contract staff in the positions of Social and Educational Assistant and Early Childhood Educator.

Expected profile:

You must hold a state diploma as a Social Service Assistant (ASS), Specialized Educator (ES), or Early Childhood Educator (EJE). Knowledge:
Legal framework in social and/or medico-social action, social intervention to help individuals, professional secrecy and ethics regulations in social work, collective social intervention techniques, concepts of child development and family dynamics, regulations on Child Welfare, child protection, and parental authority exercise.

Skills:

Develop, conduct, and evaluate a socio-educational project, take a step back in difficult social situations, evaluate the situation of the person and advise them by taking into account the environment, values, and resources of the person, write professional documents, accompany groups in the development and implementation of a collective project, evaluate the child's needs in terms of health and overall development.

Competencies:

Respect and listening, relationship, detachment, reactivity, adaptability, initiative, confidentiality, synthesis and analysis, organization, rigor and method, availability, mediation and negotiation.
