Easter Seals North Georgia Inc. seeks a Family Support Advocate to assist families in identifying and achieving goals through the Family Partnership Agreement. The role supports access to services and collaborates with the Center Manager to ensure efficient center operations.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, strong case-management skills, and the ability to travel between centers and perform home visits. Weekend/evening availability may be required.
