Keystone Human Services is seeking a full time Partner Services Coordinator to join our Susquehanna Service Dogs team. In this role, you will guide assistance and facility dog applicants from their initial inquiry through the application, evaluation, and waiting‑list process. The Partner Services Coordinator manages applicant communication, coordinates application reviews and interviews, and assesses applicant suitability. This position builds strong relationships with partners, support networks, volunteers, and other stakeholders while ensuring each stage of the process meets program and Assistance Dogs International standards.
- Promote Keystone’s mission, values, and culture through all aspects of the role
- Respond to service inquiries and provide applicants with education, assistance, and resources
- Manage the application process, including applicant communication, review coordination, eligibility determination, and approval or denial notifications
- Coordinate, participate in, and lead applicant interviews, home visits, and in-person evaluations
- Ensure application materials and processes comply with Assistance Dogs International and program standards
- Administer public access evaluations and assess partner compliance
- Maintain accurate applicant records and document all communications in the applicant database within required time frames
- Build collaborative relationships with partners, their supports, volunteers, coworkers, and other stakeholders
- Assist with Team Training preparation and support coworkers and participants during training
- Promote a person‑centered approach and maintain appropriate professional boundaries
- Support the Partner Services Director and perform other duties as assigned
Full time, nonexempt position $19.00 per hour. Actual compensation will be determined based on localized market data, skills, experience, and education. This role includes frequent travel to nearby locations and occasional travel within a four-hour driving radius. Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least two years of experience in human services or customer service or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required knowledge and skills.
Qualifications- At least 18 years of age
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to read, interpret, and apply written information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams, and the ability to learn electronic systems, databases, and compliance tracking tools
- Valid driver’s license and reliable access to a privately maintained and insured vehicle
- Ability to successfully complete the pre‑employment process, including background checks, clearances, and verifications
