• Analyze user requirements to derive technical software design and performance requirements.
• Design and develop .NET web applications using the latest Microsoft technologies.
• Understand the architecture of existing .NET solutions quickly and work on enhancements and bug fixes.
• Test and debug various .NET applications.
• Develop database objects (SQL) in SQL Server for application consumption.
• Review and refactor code using a Git branching strategy.
• Deploy fully functional applications into Azure environments.
• Directly interact with U.S. clients: gather technical requirements, analyze and understand them.
• Support existing web applications by making enhancements.
• Communicate effectively in meetings, e‑mails, and client calls.
• Be willing to learn new technologies and concepts.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure all requirements are understood.
• Work quickly and efficiently with a strong focus on completing tasks.
• Demonstrate a sense of urgency in attending to IT leadership demands.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a similar technical field of study or related practical experience. (Advanced degree preferred.)

• 7+ years designing, developing, and modifying software systems and custom components using modern full‑stack development stack .NET, .NET Core, ASP.NET.
• UI:
  Angular 2+, JavaScript, HTML5, Bootstrap, CSS.
• Backend: .NET Core, .NET Web API.
• Database: SQL Server.
• Deployment of .NET applications to Azure Cloud Environment and Azure Dev Ops and Git knowledge.
• Working knowledge of Azure Cloud Environment.
• Hands‑on experience developing and executing test procedures for software components.
• Familiarity with Agile environments, SCRUM, Kanban, etc.
• Experience in mortgage technology (preferred).
• Experience with relational and non‑relational database systems.
