Mediator/Digital Accompaniment

In the context of developing its actions for digital inclusion, access to rights, and support for vulnerable populations, Espace CLIC is recruiting a mediator/digital companion. The position is part of a partnership dynamic involving:
France Services, the CCAS, the Employment Relay, the municipalities of the CTG, and the institutional partners of the territory. The professional will work with various audiences: residents facing difficulties with digital tools, beneficiaries of the RSA, families, single women, and residents of partner municipalities.

Digital Inclusion and Access to Rights

• Accompany users in their digitalized administrative procedures: CAF, France Travail, CPAM, retirement, taxes, ANTS, etc.
• Promote the digital autonomy of residents.
• Raise awareness of responsible and secure digital usage.
• Identify situations of fragility and refer to appropriate partners.

Animation of Collective Workshops

• Design and conduct workshops on: computer initiation, online procedures, smartphone use, digital parenting, social networks, digital security, and tools related to schooling (ENT, Pronote…).

Support for RSA Beneficiaries

• Participate in digital support actions as part of the AIA BRSA program.
• Remove digital barriers to social and professional integration.
• Accompany audiences in: insertion procedures, France Travail tools, CV creation, and online applications.

Interventions in CTG Municipalities

• Provide proximity digital workshops in partner municipalities.
• Adapt content to the needs of residents.
• Participate in reducing the digital divide in the region.

Expected Skills

• Good mastery of digital and office tools,
• Relational and pedagogical ease,
• Ability to animate groups,
• Listening and accompaniment skills,
• Capacity to adapt to different audiences.

Preferred Profile

• Experience in digital mediation, animation, or social support,
• Knowledge of online administrative procedures,
• Sensitivity to issues of integration and access to rights.
• Driver’s license B is desirable.

First-Class Principal Animation Assistant

Article L332-24 of the General Public Service Code - A contractual employee may be recruited for this position because it concerns an identified project or a particular operation. The proposed contract is for a minimum of 12 months and a maximum of six years, the duration depending on the time required to complete the project. Civil servants may also apply for this offer and may be recruited by detachment.
