Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience for the Lead/Architect. For lead/architect: 2+ end-to-end Sales Cloud implementations. Strong in Apex, LWC, SOQL/SOSL, and Lightning App Builder. Proficient with Flows (record-triggered & screen) and Approval Processes. Solid data migration experience (Bulk API/Data Loader, External IDs, parent-child load ordering, reconciliation). Integration skills: REST/SOAP, JSON/XML, Named Credentials, OAuth 2.0/JWT, callout testing, and error handling. Dev Ops: SFDX, Git branching, CI/CD pipelines, release management across sandboxes.
Strong grasp of governor limits, FLS/CRUD enforcement, and performance patterns. Nice to Have
Skills & Experience:
Experience Cloud site development (LWR/Aura templates), login/registration flows, and content exposure patterns. Email-to-Case / Web-to-Case, Live Chat/Omni-Channel basics. Platform Events, Async patterns (Batch/Queueable/Schedulable). Exposure to middleware (e.g., Mule Soft) or ETL tools for data transformation. Monitoring & logging practices; familiarity with Event Monitoring.
Certifications:
Salesforce Platform Developer I, Sales Cloud Consultant, Admin, App Builder.
Job Description:
When system is down, will need to be available beyond work hours.
Responsibilities:
- Responds 1-2 tickets, 5-10 changes with 1-2 day resolution time
- Analyze/root cause analysis of urgent tickets
- Engaged in project based activities - enhancements of backlog
- Customizations are minimal; build objects, triggers, forms, 3rd party plug-ins, batch processes, SOQL - query data/objects
Lead: 70% Support/Architect - design/provide end to end solutions 30% Leadership - who works on what/internal task assignment
- Serve as the technical lead for Salesforce development and support activities, overseeing a backlog of enhancements, integrations, and production support requests.
- Provide technical leadership and solution guidance for Salesforce initiatives, partnering closely with Solution Architects, business stakeholders, and development teams.
- Evaluate new business requirements and design end-to-end Salesforce solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards.
- Lead triage efforts for production issues and critical system outages, ensuring timely resolution of high-priority incidents.
- Manage and prioritize incoming support tickets, assigning work across the development team and tracking progress through completion.
- Oversee existing Salesforce codebases and integrations with platforms including Sterling, Informatica, and other enterprise systems.
- Mentor developers and promote best practices around coding standards, security, scalability, integrations, and release management.
- Facilitate technical discussions with business partners, offering recommendations, architecture guidance, and solution alternatives.
- Drive enhancement projects such as automation improvements, custom development, integrations, batch processes, and Salesforce platform optimization.
- Support ongoing modernization initiatives and evaluate emerging Salesforce capabilities, including Agentforce and Field Service (preferred).
