Assistant Service Manager – Fleet Maintenance

Chattanooga, TN

Schedule:

Monday - Friday 7am
-5pm for 1 week training in Knoxville, TN then 3 weeks training in Nashville, TN. After training, schedule will alternate Monday‑Friday / Tuesday‑Saturday.

Full‑Time | $50,000+ base plus commission

• Serve as the primary point of contact between customers, technicians, and internal teams
• Schedule service appointments and follow up on customer needs
• Maintain steady workflow and track vehicle service timelines
• Communicate clearly and proactively to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Support daily branch operations with a focus on efficiency and quality

• Automotive or transportation industry background preferred
• Previous Service Advisor or Service Management experience a plus

• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills
• Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to multitask
• Comfortable with data entry, reporting, and scheduling systems
