Line of Business: RMC Ready Mix Driver

What you'll be doing

• Safely operate a ready mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites on schedule.
• Perform vehicle pre‑ and post‑trip inspections and maintain accurate delivery records.
• Communicate effectively with dispatch, customers, and team members to ensure efficient service.
• Operate truck‑mounted controls to mix, discharge, and position concrete as required.
• Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and traffic laws while maintaining a clean work area.

What are we looking for

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and handle job site conditions.
• Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL).
• Strong attention to safety, detail, and adherence to procedures.
• Effective communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize routes, and work in a fast‑paced environment.

Conditions of employment

Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
