Old Dominion - - Responsibilities:
Load and unload freight on trailers using a motorized forklift, pallet jack or manually;
Secure freight inside trailers using appropriate tools and supplies (e.g. pallets, straps, rope);
Read and interpret shipping labels and complete freight movement forms;
Utilize dock yard management system to monitor freight shipment locations throughout the service center;
Maintain safety and comply with state and federal DOT guidelines
