Ready Mix Driver II

Responsibilities

Safely operate a ready‑mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites.

Perform thorough pre‑ and post‑trip inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance.

Communicate with dispatch and customers to coordinate accurate and timely deliveries.

Complete delivery tickets and maintain required operational and safety documentation.

Follow all company safety policies while providing professional customer service.

Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and maintain situational awareness.

Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards.

Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams and customers.

Capability to perform physical job tasks, including climbing, lifting, and working outdoors.

Reliable, detail‑oriented individual with sound decision‑making skills.

Successful candidate must submit to post‑offer pre‑employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.

Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

$22.32 to $26.20 per hour.
