** What You'll Be Doing
*** Safely operate a ready-mix truck to deliver concrete to customer job sites
* Perform thorough pre- and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance
* Communicate with dispatch and customers to coordinate accurate and timely deliveries
* Complete delivery tickets and maintain required operational and safety documentation
* Follow all company safety policies while providing professional customer service
** What Are We Looking For
*** Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial vehicles and maintain situational awareness
* Strong commitment to safety, compliance, and quality standards
* Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with teams and customers
* Capability to perform physical job tasks, including climbing, lifting, and working outdoors
* Reliable, detail-oriented individual with sound decision-making skills
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
** What We Offer*** $22.32 to $26.20 per hour
