Climate Express drivers transport dry van and reefer loads across the United States, operating 2022 or newer Volvo 760 trucks. The role requires safe driving, compliance with regulations, and reliable communication with dispatch.

• Drive OTR routes carrying dry van and reefer loads (no slaughterhouses or fresh meat).
• Complete shipments with 1 pick/1 drop or drop and hook procedures.
• Maintain 100% no-touch freight integrity.
• Ensure truck safety and compliance with company and legal standards.
• Coordinate with dispatch and managers for efficient load management.

• 2022 or newer Volvo 760, automatic.
• Ergonomic seats, optimal steering position.
• 70 L / 96 W sleepers.
• Large built-in refrigerated compartments.
• Auxiliary power units.
• Dual antennas, flat screen TV mount, satellite radios.

• Minimum age 23 years.
• Minimum 1 year of driving experience.
• Willingness to drive OTR.
• No more than four serious driving incidents.
