Reach Truck Driver

1st Shift: Monday - Friday 5:00am - 1:30pm. This role is located in Braselton, GA.

• Responsible for scanning put-aways to reserve locations, Pull from Reserve (PFR), High Volume Singles (HVS), Module (MOD) tasks.
• Move pallets from Outbound (OB) drop zones to backstock areas or place pallets from drop zones to backstock locations.
• Operate Raymond Brand Forklifts:
  Order Picker (OP), Reach Truck (RT), Swing Reach (SW), and Dock Stocker (DS) as required.
• Use a hand‑held device to perform scanning and look up functions in the Pick Ticket Management System (PKMS).
• Handle cartons, store pallets, and use shrink wrap to secure pallets.
• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• At least 1 year of forklift driving experience with an Order Picker (OP), Reach Truck (RT) and/or Swing Reach (SW) and Dock Stocker (DS).
• Basic knowledge of troubleshooting the Radio Frequency Scanner (RF Scanner).
• Able to read and match numbers to ensure accuracy when completing orders.
• Possess good communication skills.
• Must be able to meet/exceed Labor Management (LM) Rates on a weekly basis.
• Flexible to work alternative schedules during peak season and other high‑volume times.
• Available to work in various departments and buildings as needed.
• Focus on maintaining a safe working environment at all times.

• Working knowledge of Warehouse Management Operating System (WMOS).

• Able to bend, reach, squat, and climb stairs/ladders.
• Able to lift to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable walking/standing 90% of the day.
• Comfortable elevating on an Order Picker (OP) and Swing Reach (SW) up to 35 ft.
