Logistics Coordinator

Schedule:

Tuesday – Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Saturdays remote)

As a Logistics Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in keeping our supply chain moving smoothly. You’ll partner with customers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure shipments are delivered on time, issues are solved quickly, and operations run efficiently.

What you’ll do Build and manage daily shipments, including scheduling, tracking, and load planning

Tender loads to carriers (LTL and full truckload) and ensure timely delivery

Communicate updates, delays, or issues to customers and internal teams

Act as a key point of contact between customers, carriers, and internal partners

Investigate and help resolve billing or rate discrepancies

Troubleshoot service issues (delays, missed pickups, etc.) and escalate when needed

Identify opportunities to reduce costs or improve efficiency

Share recommendations and partner with the team to implement improvements

Support additional logistics tasks as needed

What you’ll bring1+ year of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field

Customer service experience is a plus Strong communication skills—you’re clear, professional, and responsive

Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities at once Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Technical skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)

Experience with a Transportation Management System (TMS) is a plus

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred

Equivalent experience will also be considered

Work environment & physical requirements

Office-based role with standard office environment expectations

May occasionally lift or move packages up to 50 lbs Repetitive tasks may be required during busy periods
