SYCS Trucking Company is hiring experienced Solo Drivers for dedicated Fed Ex Ground Linehaul runs out of Ellenwood, GA (Terminals 303/308). The position is full‑time and dedicated route, with consistent, structured routes and daily home time.

• Pensacola, FL – 613 miles round trip x 2 (Tuesday / Wednesday 1 AM dispatch)
• Panama City, FL – 566 miles round trip x 2 (Monday / Saturday 1 AM dispatch)
• Columbus, GA – 222 miles round trip x 1 (Friday 10:30 PM dispatch)

Total weekly miles: 2576. Off days:
Thursday / Sunday. Dispatch schedule: 5 days weekly.

Starting pay: $0.58 CPM. Guaranteed minimum: $1,000 per week. Dedicated, consistent miles.

• Monthly performance incentives: +$2 CPM safety incentive and +$2 CPM attendance/reliability incentive.
• Year‑end bonus up to $1,000 based on tenure, safety, attendance, and professionalism.

• Minimum 2–3 years CDL Class A experience
• Doubles/Triples endorsement required
• Must be approved by Fed Ex (1–2 week process)
• No felonies (Fed Ex compliance requirements)
• Clean or acceptable MVR & safety record
• Must meet all DOT/FMCSA requirements, including drug testing

• Dedicated runs; miles/routes may vary weekly.
