AKAIROS LLC is an independently owned and operated Delivery Service Partner (DSP) based in Manassas, VA. We deliver packages to customers across the Northern Virginia region using company‑provided vehicles. Our team is built on reliability, safety, and a people‑first culture.

Location: Manassas, VA (On the road)

Pay: $21.00–$22.50 per hour + weekly performance bonuses + $300 sign‑on bonus.

Job Type: Full‑time, Permanent

Schedule: 10‑hour shifts, 11:00 AM–9:00 PM, 3–5 days per week (flexible weekday or weekend options).

• Drive a company‑branded delivery vehicle (non‑CDL), starting and ending your day at a local delivery station.

• Load, deliver, and sort packages efficiently and safely across assigned routes, navigating various weather conditions.
• Lift and carry packages up to 50 lbs.
• Work independently while being part of a supportive team environment and delivering excellent customer service.

• At least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Comfortable driving a large vehicle around the region.
• Reliable, safety‑conscious, and team‑oriented.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle the physical demands of the role.
• Consistent, repeating schedule to plan your life.
