Job requirements and duties

You must be 18 years of age or older.

• Have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record and access to an insured vehicle for delivery.
• Possess navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area, including multi‑story buildings.
• Stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, walk‑in cooler.

Orientation and training are provided on the job.

• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co‑workers to process orders over the phone and in person.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly.
• Make correct monetary change.
• Verbal, written, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination between eyes and hands/fingers for rapid and accurate movements.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touchscreen.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when performing outdoor tasks.
• In‑store temperatures range from 36 °F to 90 °F or higher.
• Sudden temperature changes while inside or outside.
• Exposure to food odors, cornmeal dust, and fumes.
• Cramped quarters, including walk‑in cooler.
• Hot surfaces/tools up to 500 °F or higher.
• Sharp edges and moving mechanical parts.

• Talking and hearing on telephone.
• Near and mid‑range vision for most in‑store tasks.
• Depth perception.
• Ability to differentiate between hot and cold surfaces.

The ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.

• Standing:
  Most tasks are performed from a standing position.
• Walking:
  Short distances for short durations on ceramic tile, linoleum. Work surfaces between 36″ and 48″.
• Sitting:
  Paperwork usually completed at a desk or table.
• Lifting:
  Bulk product deliveries unloaded with a hand truck. Deliveries may weigh up to 50 lb and be up to 3 ft × 1.5 ft. Stack onto shelves up to 72 in.
• Carrying:
  Large cans (≈3 lb 7 oz), pizza sauce (≈30 lb), trays of dough (≈12 lb per tray).
• Pushing:
  Trays on dollies may require up to 7.5 lb of force. Trays can also be pulled.
• Climbing:
  Navigate stairs or ladders for maintenance, signage, or price changes.

• Deliver product by car to customer's door.
• Deliver flyers and door hangers.

• Valid driver's license with safe driving record.
• Access to an insured vehicle for delivery.

• Navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the delivery area.
• Navigate adverse terrain and multi‑story buildings while carrying product.

• Carrying:
  During delivery, carry pizzas and beverages while walking and climbing.
• Driving:
  Deliver pizzas within a designated area; may make several deliveries per shift.
• Walking:
  Travel between store and vehicle and to customer locations.
• Climbing:
  Navigate five or more flights of stairs during delivery of product.

• Varying and sometimes adverse weather conditions when delivering product, driving, and couponing.
• Far vision and night vision for driving.
