Road; OTR CDL-A Driver

We are seeking experienced CDL-A Over-the-Road (OTR) Drivers to join a growing transportation team. This position is responsible for safely transporting freight across state lines while ensuring on-time deliveries, maintaining DOT compliance, and providing excellent customer service.

• Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on assigned OTR routes.
• Transport finished goods and raw materials between manufacturing, distribution, and customer locations.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections and maintain DOT compliance.
• Verify shipment accuracy and complete required delivery documentation using electronic logs and handheld devices.
• Communicate with dispatch regarding route updates, delays, and delivery schedules.
• Secure freight and inspect load safety throughout each trip.
• Monitor Hours of Service (HOS) and maintain accurate driving logs.
• Load and unload freight as required.
• Report vehicle maintenance issues, accidents, or safety concerns promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work environment.

• Valid Class A CDL required.
• Air Brake endorsement required.
• Previous Over-the-Road (OTR) driving experience preferred.
• Current DOT Medical Card.
• Strong understanding of DOT regulations and Hours of Service requirements.
• Ability to safely operate tractor-trailers in various weather and road conditions.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to pass pre-employment background screening and drug testing.
• Willingness to travel overnight and work weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed.

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Pallet jack experience or certification.
• Experience using electronic logging devices (ELDs).

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to sit for extended periods while driving.
• Ability to work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions.
• Frequent walking, climbing, bending, reaching, and securing freight.
