Position Overview

Captain – Flight Ops in GAC Savannah

• Gulfstream type rating preferred
• Corporate aviation experience preferred
• International experience preferred
• 5 years professional pilot experience in aviation industry required
• 1500 total flight hours or 1000 hours PIC of turbine powered aircraft
• ATPL required upon hire
• 1st Class FAA Medical Certificate required upon hire
• Broad knowledge of flight operations

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education/experience that allows successful performance of the essential functions.

• Operate Gulfstream aircraft domestically and internationally (if qualified) to support Airborne Customer Support, corporate transportation, customer accommodation, demonstrations, Gulfstream maintenance, production test, and any other assigned functions.
• Maintain broad knowledge of flight operations and assist dispatch with flight activity planning and coordination.
• Communicate effectively with Gulfstream personnel to support customers and maintenance and technical operations.
• Execute assigned ancillary responsibilities and adhere to Gulfstream corporate policies and FOM procedures.
• Coordinate assessment and repair of aircraft issues with Corporate Maintenance, Production/Completion, and Technical Operations.
• Manage safe and efficient conduct of all flight activities.
• Act as a brand ambassador for Gulfstream and General Dynamics.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
