• Lindsay Windows is hiring positive, courteous, professionals to drive scheduled routes.
• The qualified candidate will have a clean driving record, positive attendance and a CAN-DO attitude!
• You will be delivering windows on a route set based on customer need, with up to 1 overnight route per week.

• 100% accuracy on delivery placement
• Proper deliveries and managing routes
• Timely delivery of parts to customer: on site or remote
• Parts quality checked before leaving area
• Positively interact and communicate with all team members and customers
• Quality checks on outgoing material
• Meet quality goals per Lindsay Windows standards
• Organize work load efficiently
• Follow company safety procedures and policies and encourage a safe work environment for all team members
• Follow LW Core Values in all aspects of your work area

• Strong sense of communication
• High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to lift/ transfer 75 lbs
• Ability to lift/transfer and push/pull 50 lbs occasionally
• Work independently with a strong sense of self motivation
