We are looking for dependable, motivated, and responsible Delivery Drivers to join our team delivering packages for Fed Ex routes.

This is a fast-paced position ideal for individuals who enjoy driving, staying active, working independently, and completing daily delivery routes efficiently.

No CDL is required.

Previous professional delivery experience is preferred but not required. Experience with companies or platforms such as Uber, Uber Eats, Door Dash, Amazon Delivery, Instacart, courier services, package delivery, or other driving-related positions is considered relevant experience.

This position uses a performance-based pay structure, meaning drivers have the opportunity to earn more based on the number of stops successfully completed each day.

Training Pay:

Example Production Pay:

• 75 stops/day — approximately $105/day / $525 per week
• 100 stops/day — approximately $130/day / $650 per week
• 125 stops/day — approximately $155/day / $775 per week
• 150 stops/day — approximately $180/day / $900 per week
• 175 stops/day — approximately $205/day / $1,025 per week
• 200 stops/day — approximately $230/day / $1,150 per week
• 225 stops/day — approximately $255/day / $1,275 per week
• 250 stops/day — approximately $280/day / $1,400 per week

Actual earnings depend on route volume, completed stops, attendance, performance, and other applicable requirements.

• Safely operate a delivery vehicle throughout the assigned route
• Deliver packages accurately and efficiently
• Follow assigned routes and delivery instructions
• Load, organize, and handle packages throughout the workday
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude when interacting with customers
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Follow all company safety procedures and traffic laws
• Maintain responsibility for the assigned vehicle and delivery equipment
• Complete the assigned route within expected performance standards
• Communicate professionally with supervisors and dispatch when necessary

• Valid driver's license
• No CDL required
• Good driving record

• Comfortable getting in and out of a vehicle repeatedly throughout the day
• Able to safely handle packages associated with normal delivery operations
