• Lead programs that enhance customer satisfaction and improve agents' experiences through new product initiatives and technology solutions

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in driving impactful business projects and programs focused on customer-centric growth
• Proven track record in improving operational KPIs with strong analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills and a willingness to learn SQL; entry-level SQL skills preferred
• Experience collaborating with diverse teams across complex organizations to achieve desired outcomes
• Bachelor's degree required (Master's degree preferred), along with PMP or other Project Management Certifications

• Experience in an online marketplace or startup environment
• Strong ability to influence decision-makers within and across departments
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
