Branch Customer Service Representative

Job Type: Full time.

• Promote AAA (The Auto Club Group) products and services, enhance member satisfaction, and assist in office events to grow revenue.
• Greet customers and provide peace of mind by servicing their needs.
• Provide sales and support services, including selling membership, travel products (car, hotel, basic tour packages, etc.), and select banking products.
• Generate leads, update members on travel and insurance specials, and provide travel information.
• Respond to customer inquiries and refer to senior staff or agents when appropriate.
• Provide cashiering services, receiving and processing payments for insurance policies, travel tickets, travel money products, remittance and depository transfers, and balancing cash drawer.
• Receive and resolve member/customer complaints, seeking assistance from management when necessary.
• Provide administrative support to the travel and/or insurance sales staff during peak periods.
• Conduct outbound promotional calls for insurance and/or travel products.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in a customer‑focused environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong problem‑solving and initiative‑taking skills.
• Effective multitasking and prioritization to meet office customer service goals.
• Passionate and enthusiastic service orientation.
• Basic mathematical calculations for accurate monetary transactions.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Professional demeanor meeting member expectations for efficiency, effectiveness, and cleanliness of workstation.
• Ability to handle high‑volume, fast‑paced customer service under stress.
• Willingness to work irregular hours, including holidays and weekends, and community events.
• In‑office service of members in a branch facility.
