We are looking for a Senior Structural Engineer with at least ten years of experience, who wants to work and grow as a team player within our progressive multidiscipline firm. The successful individual will be a structural engineer with experience in the building design of steel, concrete, and masonry commercial/institutional, federal and Industrial buildings, both in new and existing construction. We are looking for an individual with experience managing and mentoring teams of engineers and designers to exceed their client’s expectations and ensure successful, on-time and on-budget projects.

• B.S. degree in civil engineering.
• Registration as a Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE).
• 10 or more years of experience.
• Experience with computer software programs and analysis systems (such as Microsoft Office, AutoCAD, RISA 3D, Revit, RamSS, Etabs, RISA, Enercalc, etc.).
• Excellent verbal, written, organizational, and time management skills.

In This Role You Will:

• Perform structural analysis, design, and detailing on a variety of projects.
• Collaborate with the architect, owner, and contractor to provide a well-coordinated and high-quality set of structural drawings.
• Work closely with designers, drafters, modelers, and other in-house engineers nationwide to execute structural designs.
• Meet with the project team to ensure effective communication flow during design.
• Interface with the contractor during construction to ensure positive results with minimum complications.
• Collaborate with the our team on project pursuits and office/structural team planning.
• Manage projects profitably and maintain a working relationship with clients.
