Desired

Experience:

• 10 years in CI-HUMINT analysis, management, or leadership
• 5 years as a CI-HUMINT analyst supporting intelligence activities
• 3 years analyzing regional and functional CI/HUMINT topics, including threats to Defense Critical Infrastructure and DoD supply chains
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Knowledge of ICD 203, 206, 300, 501, 704, 707
• Willingness to undergo CI-scope polygraph with No Deception Indicated

• Bachelor's Degree
• Certifications such as DoD Intelligence Fundamentals, CDASA levels, CCMPF, or Intelligence Planner Certification
• All-source MOS or analytical certification
• Relevant CI/HUMINT courses (e.g., JCOE, DIA, IC equivalents)
