-based third-party administrator for health benefits that provides self-funded medical, dental, FSA, and HRA plans for employers. The company delivers a comprehensive online platform for members to manage and pay healthcare claims, while also serving employers, brokers, providers, and members. With a focus on simplifying healthcare administration and enhancing the benefits experience, the client aims to make managing healthcare seamless and transparent.

The Data Hub project is designed to collect data from internal repositories, maintain high standards of data integrity, security, and consistency, and deliver high-quality data to healthcare providers with minimal latency. This Azure-based project emphasizes robust ETL development and real-time analytics to support efficient data operations and decision-making.

Design, develop, and optimize ETL processes using Azure Data Factory and SQL Server;

Write and maintain complex SQL queries and scripts (DDL, DML) to transform and prepare data;

Participate in CI/CD workflows and automation through Azure Dev Ops;

Monitor pipelines and resolve performance or integrity issues proactively;

Collaborate with team members to analyze current systems, evaluate architecture and tooling options;

Ensure efficient data transformation, integration, and analysis using Microsoft Azure services;

Develop and execute database queries to support reporting and analytics;

Contribute to creating technical documentation and user manuals for business stakeholders;

Conduct testing to verify accuracy and functionality of SQL logic;

2+ years of hands-on experience with ETL development and BI tools;

Proven experience with Microsoft Azure, especially Azure Data Factory;

Proficient in SQL Server and advanced SQL scripting;

Strong understanding of the .NET Framework and C# for Azure Functions;

Experience with Power BI for building and maintaining dashboards and reports;

Familiarity with Azure Dev Ops for version control, task management, and CI/CD;

Solid communication and collaboration skills;

English proficiency at B1+ level or higher;
