Role Overview: As an SAP TM Expert, you will play an essential role in optimizing and stabilizing the transportation and logistics execution capabilities of a global SAP S/4 transformation initiative for a Fortune 100 beverage manufacturer. You will provide hands-on leadership in designing, configuring, testing, and supporting SAP TM solutions, driving significant business process enhancements.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience with SAP TM.
• Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA.
• Deep expertise in configuring and supporting complex EWM environments within SAP S/4
  
  HANA.
• Proven expertise in SAP TM embedded within S/4
  
  HANA and integration with EWM and ECC.
• In-depth knowledge of Transportation Planning, Load Building, Tendering, Scheduling, Execution, and Settlement processes.
• Expertise in configuring Freight Agreements, Freight Units, Transportation Units, and integration with external logistics providers.
• Familiarity with transportation regulatory requirements, compliance, and best practices.
• Experience with real-time transportation visibility solutions.
• Exceptional ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues between TM and other SAP modules (EWM, SD, MM, FICO).
• Strong knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
