Our client is seeking a results-oriented Product Manager to support a key domain within our Pricing, Promotions, and Rebate functions. This is a high-impact role that will serve as a backfill during upcoming paternity leaves and help continue driving momentum across a business-critical roadmap.

The Product Manager will lead initiatives tied to supplier rebates and pricing tools, with an immediate focus on managing and enhancing our Enable platform (a SaaS provider for rebate management). The right person will be comfortable owning product strategy while driving execution—ensuring our roadmap stays on track, technical and business teams stay aligned, and outcomes are measurable.

This is a highly collaborative role, working across stakeholders from business operations to engineering and architecture, including direct engagement with leadership and third-party vendors.

Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Strategic:

• Own and advance the existing roadmap for rebate and pricing initiatives
• Guide iterative improvements and new rebate-type rollouts across the supplier ecosystem
• Support integrations with core systems like People Soft (billing/payments)

Execution:

• Act as liaison between business and technical teams—driving accountability, alignment, and velocity
• Maintain Jira and Jira Roadmaps, manage the product backlog, and lead regular syncs
• Oversee vendor relationships and third-party platforms (Enable, price management tools)
• Monitor KPIs and help the business evaluate promised outcomes

Stakeholder Management:

• Ensure strong business engagement during software implementations and enhancements
• Keep business partners informed and accountable through recurring touchpoints and updates
• Partner with lead engineer and principal architect for new functionality planning

Tactical:

• Conduct requirements gathering, epic/user story creation, and backlog prioritization
• Drive acceptance testing, business connects, and release communications
• Keep tech portal and documentation maintained for visibility and continuity

Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally within pricing, promotions, and rebate ecosystems
• Experience with SaaS platforms for rebate/pricing (Enable strongly preferred)
• Knowledge of vendor management and third-party software integration
• Strong communication and stakeholder facilitation skills, especially with non-technical audiences
• Experience with Jira, agile ceremonies, product documentation, and roadmap ownership
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as People Soft is a plus

The hourly pay rate for this position is $60-70/hr benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
