Job Responsibilities- Serve as the primary contact for customers, managing interfaces, forecasts, call-offs, JIS processing, and customer scorecards.
- Coordinate engineering changes and ensure adherence to customer requirements.
- Maintain target inventory levels and escalate deviations.
- Integrate engineering changes into production schedules.
- Setup and maintain SAP parameters such as lead times and safety stocks.
- Distribute shipment requirements, manage inventory levels, obsolete parts, and BOMs.
- Ensure timely shipments, develop recovery plans for supply/demand issues, and expedite freight as needed.
- Monitor receipt of components and address supplier issues.
- Monitor inventory accuracy, perform corrective actions, and comply with OSHA, ISO 14001, TS 16949, and IATF 16949 standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related supply chain discipline.
- Deep understanding of logistics processes and trends.
- Experience with SAP preferred.
