As a Regional General Manager for Honeywell's Building Management Systems line of business, you will hold overall profit-and-loss responsibility. You will develop and implement strategies to accelerate growth by leveraging innovation, deploying new demand-generation methods, and optimizing core business operations. The role involves significant customer engagement and regular updates to Honeywell's executive leadership.
You will report directly to the General Manager of Building Management Systems America and work from our Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid schedule. The role requires up to 60% domestic travel.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIESAchieve targets for orders, revenue, margins, and cash flow by:
Engage with customers through strategic discussions and negotiations, and identify new business opportunities.
Lead and develop a high-performing sales team by mentoring, coaching, and succession planning, fostering a growth mindset.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS- 8+ years in operations, business management, sales, or project management.
- 5+ years of direct team leadership experience.
- Financial proficiency at the P&L level.
- Proven track record of achieving performance targets.
- Ability to travel up to 60% domestically and internationally.
- Experience with productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office).
