A client of Insight Global in the Northwest Vermont area is seeking a QC Lab Manager to join their team. This individual will oversee all laboratory operations and lead the Quality Control team to ensure timely testing of finished products, raw materials, and packaging materials in alignment with production and logistics schedules. The role is responsible for coordinating testing activities and ensuring all methods, procedures, and documentation remain current and compliant with GMP and regulatory standards.

The manager maintains and continuously improves laboratory systems to support safe, efficient, and compliant operations and ensures adherence to quality management requirements, reviewing and approving controlled documents to support regulatory and internal compliance.

$80/hr to $100/hr exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

• 8+ years of experience in a microbiology and/or chemistry lab for a manufacturing company
• Pharmaceutical or supplement industry experience
• 2+ years of experience in a manager or supervisor role
• Bachelor's degree in microbiology or chemistry

• Related master's degree or PhD
• Infant formula experience
