This location, operated by Convenience Stores Inc., a subsidiary of Jones Petroleum, seeks highly skilled, self-motivated individuals to support our growing retail operation.
The C-Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service aligned with company policies and procedures.
This role requires initiative, attention to detail, problem-solving, supervisory, and communication skills, along with projecting a courteous and friendly company image.
Team members will follow and enforce job descriptions of CSR, Lead CSR, and Shift Leader/Keyholder.
Responsibilities include customer service, merchandising, food service, operations, staffing, employee development, employee relations, and store profitability.
Create a positive store culture by treating employees fairly and with respect.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous management experience preferred
- Self-motivated, dependable
- Ability to work weekends, holidays, and varied shifts in a fast-paced environment while maintaining customer focus

Physical Requirements:
