Our client is a fast-growing SaaS company supporting some of the world's most innovative manufacturing, engineering, R&D and industrial organisations. As they continue to expand their partner ecosystem, they are looking to appoint a Partnerships Manager focused on building strategic relationships across the Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) and Quality Management (QMS) software landscape.
This is an opportunity to join a high-growth business where partnerships play a critical role in driving revenue, market expansion and customer success.
The OpportunityReporting directly into senior leadership, you will take ownership of relationships across the PLM and Quality software ecosystem, working with software vendors, resellers, implementation partners and consulting organisations.
You'll help identify, onboard and develop strategic partners while creating opportunities for joint go-to-market activity, partner-sourced pipeline and long-term commercial growth.
This role would suit somebody who understands how the PLM or Quality software market operates and is excited by the challenge of building relationships, creating opportunities and driving measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and manage relationships with strategic software and consulting partners.
- Identify and onboard new partner organisations across the PLM and Quality software ecosystem.
- Build partner-sourced pipeline through joint account mapping, coordinated outreach and co-selling activities.
- Drive partner enablement initiatives to ensure successful positioning and promotion of solutions.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Solutions Consulting and Customer Success teams.
- Develop joint go-to-market plans with key partners.
- Track and report on partner performance, pipeline contribution and commercial outcomes.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences and partner meetings.
- Maintain a strong understanding of market trends across PLM, Digital Engineering and Quality Management technology.
- Experience working within the PLM, QMS or broader engineering software ecosystem.
- Background in partnerships, channel sales, alliances, business development or partner management.
- Experience building relationships with software vendors, resellers or consulting partners.
- Proven ability to influence revenue generation through partnerships.
- Commercial mindset with a focus on pipeline generation and business growth.
