• Shift Schedules (Shift availability varies based upon current business need)
• 1st Shift: Monday - Friday 6:30a-5:00p ($17 per hour)
• 2nd Shift: Monday - Friday 5:30p-4:00am ($17 per hour + $1 shift differential)
• 3rd Shift: Friday - Sunday 6:00am-6:00pm ($17 per hour + $1 shift differential)
• 4th Shift: Friday - Sunday 6:30p-4:30a ($17 + $2.50 shift differential)

• General Distribution Center work (picking, packing, material handling, induction, etc.)
• Maintain minimum performance standards while performing required job functions.
• Perform the job with the highest standards of quality and accuracy.
• Be flexible to work in any General Warehouse function (anywhere in the building, any channel, at any time during the shift) when instructed.
• Use Radio Frequency (RF) equipment, voice picking technology, pick to light and other warehouse management systems.
• Use basic computer functions as needed.
• Be certified on lift equipment if required.
• Work safely and abide by Carter’s Safety rules and procedures.

• Other tasks as assigned.

• Basic working knowledge of computers, RF Scanners and Warehouse Management systems.
• Proven team member with skills to multi-task.
• Proficient reading skills.
• Ability to abide by Carter’s policies and procedures, specifically the attendance policy.

• High school diploma or GED preferred, not required.
• Six months automated distribution center experience preferred.

• Must be able to repetitively lift cases weighing up to fifty pounds.
• Must be able to stand and work for long periods including daily overtime, holidays and overtime as required. Must be able to work consecutive days during peak season.
• Must be able to work in varying temperatures.
• Holiday schedule to be decided by Management.
• Comply with blackout periods as determined by Management.
